Comment on IBL

23 October 2009

As promised, i am posting the personal comment on both IBL A & IBL B

Comment on IBL A:
This is the HEIGHT team. Irmas, Javier and Antonio has played a good rhythm in the game despite the fact that Irmas is new to the team. Nafie has played extremely well as the Last Man. His assist in the game has also open up attacking opportunity. Sufri has defended his goalpost well. With Nafie and the midfielders help, the defend skill of IBL A was TIPTOP! None of the opponents were able to break the wall. Irmas and Antonio has been pushing to get a score but unlucky. Irmas's teamworking has improved but his 'individual skill' has caused time wasting and slow passing. Antonio has also shown what he is made of.. With his skills, he and Irmas managed to open up the game and pressuring the opponents in following their rhythm. Unfortunately, Antonio has blew many chances of shooting. Javier, on the other hand, managed to score a beautiful goal and displayed a nice turn and tricks. Overall, the team has all the capability which resulting on a draw of nil to nil and a win of one to nil.

Comment on IBL B:
This is the U17 players. Wafiy, Khalis and Hafiz has created a wonderful trio game. Ahmad, however, was not at his best. I believed he could do much better and he showed it well in the second match. Wafiy, despite the fact of no contact lens, has managed to score a marvellous sharp shooting goal. With his speed and Khalis, they open up the game well. Hafiz has played well as a sweeper and midfielder. Assisting and supporting both offence and defence. Unfortunately, the alternate changing of position of Ahmad and Hafiz, resulting the team to be disorganised. Khalis has shown vast improvement on his ball stealing and blocking. He has shown a potential of becoming a Midfielder. Wafiy has proved that he is good in both defence and offence. Hafiz has also shown his potential as a good footballer and he did scored a goal. Shake, despite being new, has managed to block a few good shootings but needs more training. The potential is there so dont give up. Ahmad has managed to regain his conciousness by the second game. Overall, IBL B played their best and splendidly well eventhough with 2-1 loses.

Zahid as the sub player has shown his potential. He managed to practise his body contact and his shooting is always good as ever. Speed and stamina needs to be improved but the improvement is there.

Well done.
